1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site, create an account, or purchase any products. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel any order if the purchaser is under 21.

2. Products

All products sold on this Site contain hemp-derived cannabinoids and are produced in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill (Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018). All products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis as verified by independent third-party laboratory testing. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for all products.

3. State Shipping Restrictions

Hemp-derived products may be subject to varying state and local laws. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that hemp-derived cannabinoid products are legal in their state and locality before placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel orders shipping to restricted states. Such orders will be refunded.

4. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using products from this Site, you acknowledge and assume the following risks:

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hazy Botanicals LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
