Usage & Dosage Instructions

Using the provided alcohol wipes, clean the area you wish to apply the patch. Patches can be applied to the affected area or in a general area (ie bicep, lower back, top of foot). After cutting your serving size, peel the clear plastic from the patch. Apply the patch to the cleaned area. Apply pressure to the patch for 30 seconds, pressing firmly to your skin. Patches should remain in place for 12 to 24 hours. If it hurts when you remove a patch, make sure you are wearing for the full length of time. If removing early, slowly peel from any corner at an angle to remove. Essential oils, exfoliants, and water may aid in removal. If skin irritation occurs, remove the patch.
