We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hazy Botanicals.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Eligibility

Unopened/sealed items: Products that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging may be returned for a full refund.
Opened consumable products: Due to the nature of hemp consumable products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. This is standard practice for all ingestible hemp and CBD products.
Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, we will provide a full replacement or refund regardless of whether the product has been opened. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@hazybotanicals.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return shipping address and return authorization.
Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
